Albannach & Ted Christopher @ Maryhill 17/2/07

Ahhh, it does this old heart good spending an evening with like minded people with just one thing on their minds, celebrating being Scottish!! The bonus is we get to do it with great music by Albannach & Ted Christopher, these guys never fail to impress me, they just get better every time I see them, Ted was brilliant & the fact that he was playing without his usual band didn't deter the man, Ted yer a star!!! As for Albannach, well what can you say, superb, brilliant, outstanding, yep all of that & more, plus, over £1200 raised for Yorkill Hospital, a huge well done to the boys at Cran Tara for organising this great event & well done to the bands declining their usual fee, good to see the Bonnybridge boys there as well...Alba Gu Brath
